By downloading or using Minimalist Progress, these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or its trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Minimalist Productivity.
Minimalist Productivity is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, Minimalist Productivity reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. Minimalist Productivity will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
Payments are managed through Apple’s App Store. If you would like a refund for any in-app purchase, it should be managed directly through the refund process provided by Apple.
Minimalist Progress offers two ways to unlock all features: a one-time lifetime purchase, or a monthly subscription. If you choose the lifetime purchase, the payment is a single one-time charge to your Apple account. If you choose the monthly subscription, your account will automatically be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period unless you disable auto-renew. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
After cancelling your subscription, you will lose access to the features that require a purchase at the end of the last subscription period. You will return to free status with the same features available to all free users.
By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. Such data sharing is done in compliance with Apple’s policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
Minimalist Productivity recommends that you do not jailbreak your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, compromise your phone’s security features, and could cause Minimalist Progress to not work properly or at all.
You should be aware that certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Minimalist Productivity cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that Minimalist Productivity assumes you have received permission from the bill payer.
Minimalist Productivity cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device stays charged — if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to use the Service, Minimalist Productivity cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Minimalist Productivity’s responsibility for your use of the app, although Minimalist Productivity endeavours to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, Minimalist Productivity accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on the app’s functionality.
Minimalist Productivity may ask you to update the app at some point. The app is currently available on iOS — the system requirements may change, and you’ll need to download updates if you want to keep using the app. Minimalist Productivity does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. Minimalist Productivity may also stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without notice. Unless Minimalist Productivity tells you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licences granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device.
Minimalist Productivity may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted to this page.
